The property features a private boat dock for all your watercraft needs. The master bedroom is a romantic retreat with a king-size bed and a 9-foot electric fireplace accompanied by a 72-inch curved TV. Whether you are looking for a perfect family getaway, an adult escape with a gourmet kitchen, or a luxurious space for the discerning traveler, this high-end home has it all. Boasting 4 bedrooms, additional sleeping areas, 3.5 baths, a primary en-suite with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and spacious dressing room, this home also offers an exercise room, den, card table, kids game room, a private balcony, and two decks with BBQ facilities, and much more. The property was amazing. We had enough space and beds for everyone that came on vacation. The location on the lake was great for boating activities. We had a few hiccups with the house but JB was on top of it and got it handled. We would highly recommend this property for families.

Refrigerator is wedged in and there's trash visible on both sides of it. Bunk room is a garage space with an uninsulated garage door and no heat or air other than a small heater. Furniture is all white and dingy, needs to be cleaned.

Fantastic Getaway in rural Arkansas

The House was good as advertised on the VBRO site.No fabrications was encountered.The House is located in Rural Hot Springs Arkansas with access to Lake Hamilton from the backyard of the house.Plenty of rooms and spaces.The property is well kept and maintained.For the price it is a bargain that the entire family will enjoy.

Lazy rainy days

We spent most of our vacation in this great house due to the rain. Plenty of room to lay around and relax. Every morning we would drink coffee and watch the turtles come up for breakfast. Short walks around the neighborhood were nice and peaceful. Would diffinatly visit again.

We enjoyed this home tremendously! Unfortunately the weather was not great, and it was the beginning of the coronavirus restrictions. Fantastic Arkansas Hot Springs Getaway for the entire family!

The place was really, really clean when we arrived. The owner was more than cooperative and communicative via email and text message. We had no problems finding the place and getting into the massive, expansive property that featured plenty of places to sleep and to unwind for all of us. We were looking for a place to 'escape' from it all and we totally found it at this property. There is a game room, an exercise room, and plenty of places for our kids to run around and jump around and to relax. There are two places to fire up a grill and to enjoy some fine cooking while enjoying all that Arkansas has to offer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax at the Hot Springs.

This home is definitely as it appears in the photos. I booked this home for a nice family dinner for the holidays. I was able to cook all of our meals with the provided cookware. While watching tv and burning the fire. 1 room on each of the 3 levels have access to the balcony. We were able to make s’mores with the fire pit, while watching the ducks in the lake. The host (JB) was very accommodating, and very friendly. He also responds to messages quickly. We will definitely return!!

Perfect space + owner went above and beyond

The house was perfect for our family! My sister and I took the upstairs, parents had the main level and my brother and nephews slept on the lower level. Everything was as we expected. Kitchen was wonderful because it was so spacious. The laundry room was very large and perfect for storage. Unfortunately, the boat we rented from Paradise Cove Marina broke down and their owner wouldn’t answer the phone. So, I text JB for help came and towed us home with his boat! He went above and beyond for us as renters of his property and we are so thankful for him and his kindness. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

Will come back again!

This house is amazing! We have a large family and we just wanted a little getaway for the weekend and everyone loved it. There was enough space for everyone and my grandkids loved the room downstairs. They provided a bottle of wine for the adults and candy for the kids. The house looked just like the listing so no complaints from us. It was nice being able to cook in the large kitchen and sit out in the balcony and enjoy the water. It was nice to be able to walk in the backyard and go fishing. Then at the end of the day I was able to get in the large tub in our master bedroom and soak. We will be renting this house again. No one wanted to leave. Lol.

The 2020 Graduation, 18th & 63rd Birthday, 4th July Staycation

Gorgeous property that was decorated beautifully with enjoyable scenery even during raining times. Ample space for everyone with enough space for physical distant during Covid. Though very steep, plenty of parking up the driveway and even along the street across from the houses so nobody is parking in front the neighbors yard. The minor complaints would be the exercise room was quite hot, no a/c: the dryer was slow drying, and ants and spiders on the deck was a nuisance which I gave 3 star for cleanliness. Call Mr. Banning the night prior and came the next morning to help resolve the issue. If any improvements could be made, I would suggest adding an ice-maker to the property, mop/bucket and maybe an extra dryer. Overall it was a huge hit with the family and we enjoyed our stay and definitely look forward to staying again.

House was large and allowed family to spread out over the 3 floors. It was clean except for master bathroom shower, which is in need of repair of tiles/grout/caulk. The tile floors throughout the house are cracked and the wood floors creak when you walk. The decks are big but also need repair with rotted wood and unstable bannisters. The ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work, the doors won’t open all the way due to poor fit with the cabinets and the oven was not safe to use. There is no TV remote in the master other than the Amazon stick, so you have to unplug the TV to shut off. The boat dock is nice, but the water is about 2 feet deep with silt and weedy bottom, not good for swimming or boats with a deep hull. Brought most of this to property managers attention on first day and nothing was done to resolve any of it. Seems they are trying to sell the house and don’t want to invest any more in maintenance or repair.

Big House with room but multiple items didnt work

The house was very large with plenty of room for my family of 5 to stretch out. A few of the necessities we were looking for were waterfront access with boat docking, hot tub and a house rather than a condo or shared property. This property checked all of that (the hot tub was a Master Suite Whirlpool Jacuzzi). Before our stay, I communicated with the manager and expressed our need for a dock with a minimum depth of 4ft due to our 25' deep vee boat. He assured me that this cove was that deep and there would be room. Hurricane Beryl was also forecasted to come overhead and our 5 day stay would include atleast 2 days of rain. With the weather we decided to leave the boat and just rent one. Thisnturned out to be for the best at the water around the boat dock was less than 3'. The 2nd night when my wife used the jacuzzi tub - our oldest daughter informed us that she had water falling from her ceiling. When I investigated - sure enough the upstairs jacuzzi tub was leaking water below into her bedroom. This wasnt a new thing either as you could see where the celing had seen water before and had been patched up with repairs. The front bathroom toilet didnt hold water either. The day before our departure - the property people sent out someone to fix the toilet but not the jacuzzi. I feel like for the price of this listing, all things should be up to par and that wasnt the case. Especially things that were specifically desired in our stay.

Great communication, beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Nestled directly by the water, with a huge deck and dock! The master bedroom was perfect, with a large jacuzzi tub, bidet, and closet of your dreams. The kids room was so fun, the kitchen island was HUGE, and the downstairs entertainment area and couch was perfect. The hosts were super prompt in their responses, and we are hoping to stay here again in the future with the kids!
