The property is close to town but you feel completely secluded in nature’s paradise. Sit and watch the boats go by and the sun go down behind the trees, fish or swim off the dock, you’ll fall in love with The Lake Lodge-it’s unbeatable!

The lake front home is a light filled custom designer home featuring 2 bedrooms, a bunk room, sofa bed in living room, 2 full bathrooms, and laundry. Soaring ceilings offer 9 foot windows showcasing 180 degree views of beautiful Lake Hamilton. A large deck off the open floor plan living/kitchen/dining area offers ample outdoor seating, two charcoal grills, wood burning fire pit, tables and sofas for the ultimate spot for relaxation. The indoor fireplace is non-working.

***Please note that the doorbell at the front door of the property is a Ring Video Doorbell used to monitor access when the property is unoccupied. For the privacy of our guests, there are no interior cameras.

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.***

Please note that our availability for assistance is limited between the hours of 11 PM and 8 AM. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
