„Every single staff member was warm and welcoming. The hotel is well-maintained and the room was very clean. The Japanese toilet in the room was a nice amenity, and toiletries were also available on the bathroom counter. The bed was comfortable and I like the different lighting options you can use. The pool was my favorite feature of the hotel. It's on the roof where you can also access the spa. The pool and hot tub are connected so you can easily switch from one to the other. „Sehr nettes Personal, sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer.“

„Nice flat and Friendly staff. “

„Central Location “

„The hotel was very clean but a little dated. It needs to be upgraded and the bed was extremely hard. The breakfast was pretty basic but good. It was good value for what I paid. “

„The accommodation is amazing. It is clean, spacious, has all needed appliance. It is located near the port with easy access to cafes, shops and restaurants. The owner helped us a lot as we had problems with flights. We really enjoyed to spend our time in this place.“

„Pros: Excellent quality of furniture, good natural light, good communication with the owner... perfect to enjoy your stay on Faial. Cons: My boyfriend only missed some kitchen stuff, because the kitchen tools offered are basic. But it's a cheap treat, nothing important“

„Pros: We were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment in the same block. The apartment is very spacious with an attractive terrace and fabulous view of Pico island. It is very tastefully furnished with antiques which have been lovingly restored. Dora was very kind and communication with her was excellent. She left us a lovely welcome hamper of local food. Highly recommended property. Cons: Only the weather!“
