„Unfreundlicher Check-Inn!!!! Nachdem wir morgens unser Gepäck in der Lodge abgegeben hatten, kamen wir um 14.50 Uhr vollkommen durchnässt und frierend (nach Radfahrtour zum Vail-Pass mit Gewitterschauern und Absinken der Temperatur nahe 0 Grad!) im Hotel an, wo uns nur mitgeteilt wurde, dass Check-Inn Time um 16 Uhr sei, wir mussten uns in einem Meeting- Room umziehen! Niemand außer uns checkte ein und ich glaube nicht, dass das Zimmer um 15 Uhr noch nicht fertig war!!! Von so einem Hotel ...

„Wir waren über Weihnachten und Neujahr mit 2 Erwachsenen und 1 Teenager in der Lodge und waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr zentral gelegen, sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einzig zu bemängeln ist der begrenzte Stauraum für die Kleidung, da wurde es für 3 Personen schon eng. Aber ansonsten für Selbstversorger sehr zu empfehlen.“

However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention: - the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor - the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed - the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush We took care of those issues ...

„Better than I expected. Cute and comfortable, easy to walk to Main Street and Gondola. It got warm in August, there is no A/C, but there was a tower fan in the closet that we used to blow outside air into the unit at night and that did the trick.“
