– Do not book through their website—it is not easy to get a refund for a cancelled reservation. The hotel has a security guard (the last time I saw a security guard in a hotel was probably in Myanmar), and he was rude. There is quite a nice restaurant, but breakfast is served in a small, crowded room in the basement. Parking costs 250 CZK. A baby cot costs 200 CZK, and it was very small and not very stable. The floor in our room was dirty— stains, candies, and even a baby spoon left by previous guests. There are always cleaning staff trolleys in the corridors, which is not very welcoming. We cannot recommend this hotel."
