„A beautiful cabin located between Hammondsport and Penn Yan. The cabin is stocked with essentials to get you through your stay. The pond was a hit wth my boys. The cabin has a nice deck but no furniture to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The hot tube is also not functioning. Just a reminder water in this area has a sulfur smell but nothing you can do about it. Please note the property land management team is Vacaso so you will be charged a double processing fee if booked through VRBO!“

„We had a great stay! The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully organized. The basement game room was perfect for rainy days, and the hot tub and landscaping added to the relaxing atmosphere. „Spent tons of money, time, and energy preparing for this vacation only to have the reservation cancelled by the owner on day 2 because they didn't like that we had a few visitors join us during the day. There was no alcohol and no foul play. They should have said no visitors allowed in advance if that was in fact the rule. Also, tons of bugs all over the place. Village of bugs...“

„Great location. Central to state parks, keuka lakes, canadaigua lake. Easy to find local tours to pick you up (Keuka Lake Experience, Bob Knapp). Home was clean, easy to locate. Well furnished to be able to rat at home. But close enough to eat local (Blue Eagle). Realy enjoyed ourselfs! Only feedback is bed is a bit firm. Pretty small concern. Will definetly go back.“
