„Huge amount of stairs to get to property. Bed was not comfortable. When we picked up keys from lock box for the building and apartment, the keys to the apartment did not open the door -- frustrating after a long day of travel and climbing four flights of stairs. The owner did not take responsibility and more or less accused us of not knowing how to use a key. Just saying "I'm sorry for the mistake" would have worked.“

„Acceptable for affordable accommodations in a convenient location. It is up 4 flights of narrow stairs, so plan accordingly for your luggage. Small enhancements in the finishes could bring this to a higher rating (front door fits poorly so very hard to open, missing screws on interior door handles, etc.).“

„We loved our stay in Bergen so much! The apartment was in a central location that made it easy to get to Bryggen, Mount Floyen, the train and where we met our tour guide one day! I missed that it was several flights of stairs. Not a problem for us this time but it might have been if I had brought the whole family.“
