Finde Hop Brook Lake Hotels

„Everything was fine overall, but the pillows had a strange smell. Since we only stayed for two nights, it was manageable. The staff were all very friendly, which we appreciated.“

„ Nicht wirklich sauber, und auch schon ziemlich ab gewohnt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist einzig die effiziente Bearbeitung des Check in und des Check out elektronisch!“

„always stay here. great staff, breakfast and room.“

„The recent positive reviews are extremely perplexing! Room was not clean (big cobwebs hanging from ceiling), room smelled, wallpaper peeling off walls throughout, there was a hole in the wall, stains on the walls, air/ heating unit was loud and rattled throughout the night and finally NO hot water. Do not be fooled - this is not an “Inn”. It is a motel and not a very nice one at that!“

„Good quality of room and hotel in general.“

„Do not stay here. The air conditioning did not work not did the whirlpool tub. The whole place reeked of marijuana and the stay were not helpful. Even the manager of the property was not willing to make anything right. Not to mention I booked a room with a queen bed and was put in a room with a full size bed. Again do not stay here. Not the usual Marriott experience you would expect.“

„We got a smoking room which was disgusting, we were in the basement, the shower didn't work, the bed was not clean.“

„Das Motel ist gut erreichbar und hat einige Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind relativ sauber und typisch für ein Motel eingerichtet. Allerdings gab es kein heißes Wasser in meinem Zimmer. Auch auf der heißesten Stufe war das Wasser höchstens nur lauwarm. Mir war es zu kalt zum Duschen.“

„No waste basket in the room. No heat in the room. There was not even a heat source in the room. Bed covering had several burn holes in it. TV didn’t work. Very poor parking. Had to park on the street, which was littered with broken asphalt and broken glass. The staff was helpful, though.“
