This home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and is ready for you to enjoy. The health and safety of guests are a top priority, with professional cleaning staff thoroughly deep cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces before each stay.

EXTERIOR

The Harold is nestled in the heart of the forest. To preserve the natural, open atmosphere and allow deer to roam freely, we have chosen not to install fencing along the property line. In consideration of our neighbors, we've marked the boundary with orange reflector poles. Please be mindful and avoid crossing beyond these markers.

Please refrain from entering the gated propane tank area. For safety reasons, this should only be accessed by propane providers.

* PRIVATE LAKE ACCESS *

~ Lake Kokanee is a peaceful, serene spot perfect for non-motorized boating, fishing, and swimming. Kids can enjoy hours of fun splashing around and jumping off the dock. The lake's park features a playground, a small basketball court, and horseshoe rings for added enjoyment.

~ Lake Cushman is a beautiful spot to cool off on a hot day. Visitors can enjoy boating (with canoes and kayaks available for rent), water skiing, fishing, and even scuba diving. Anglers will find bass, trout, and salmon in the lake, offering plenty of opportunities to cast a line. There are several private parks that guests will have access to along the lake. Each with varying amenities including: playgrounds, sports courts, boat ramps, picnic tables, BBQ areas, and restrooms.

PARKING

A parking pass is required to park at any private park on Lake Cushman or Lake Kokanee. Guests will receive one parking pass for the duration of their stay. Please return the pass upon departure. If the pass is lost or not returned, a replacement fee of $75 will be charged to the guest.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

~ Cell service in the area can be spotty, but WiFi calling works well inside the house. Please note that cell coverage starts to become unreliable as you head up the mountain; which could affect your ability to make calls or use GPS, including in emergency situations. We do provide a land-line in the cabin in case you have trouble with cell service.

~ The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors—no parties are permitted.

~ Both Lake Cushman and Kokanee have very cold water, which can be dangerous even for strong swimmers. Always exercise caution and use personal flotation devices when entering the water. Some local parks may offer life vests to borrow.
