Waikiki Banyan is a famous high-rise located in the east/center of Waikiki and short distances to Waikiki beach, shops, restaurants, surf spots, and Kapiolani Park.
The space
A warm, inviting atmosphere greets you as you step in. The space has been thoughtfully designed and furnished with Modern Furnishings and Appliances. A natural combination of white, Warm Undertone and Olive creates a Fresh and Airy Feel. Tons of Natural Light floods the room, highlighting the Tasteful Accents and creating a Positive Vibe throughout.

This Fresh One Bedroom is situated at the Waikiki Banyan and has a total area of 600 sqft. It can sleep 4 guests with 1 Queen Bed and 1 Full Bed in the Bedroom + plus 1 Queen Sofa Bed in the Living Room. It includes Hawaiian Telcom WIFI, Cable TV, and a Window AC near the Sliding Door that opens/closes the Bedroom and Living Room.

The Kitchen highlights a Refrigerator, Microwave, Electric Range/Oven, Open Shelving, Kitchen Sink, Basic Kitchenware, Cutlery, Glassware, and a Dining Table/Seating to enjoy your meals.

The Bathroom has a Shower, Bathtub, Toto Washlet, and a Vanity Sink with a Mirror for your Beauty Routine.

From the Spacious 67 sqft Lanai, you can also enjoy amazing Partial Ocean Views and Diamond head Views, equipped with Table and Chairs.

Special Feature: One Parking Stall (max 6') Free and Included in the building's parking garage. It's nice to not have to worry about parking and be able to Enter/Exit as you please especially in a Prime Hotspot Location in Waikiki.

Additional Parking Stalls can be purchased in the Wakiki Banyan Parking Garage or Waikiki Sunset Parking Garage directly with the parking attendant.

Coin/App-Operated Washer and Dryer Laundry Room is available on the same floor as mine and also all floors of the building (except the 6th).

Waikiki Banyan is 10 miles from HNL and 31 miles to North Shore.
The first sandy beach from the building is about 0.5mi away /2 blocks/a quick 5-10 minutes walk!

Many Beaches, Restaurants, Dining Spots, Cafes, Bars, and Mini Markets are about a 10-minute walk away. The nearest Bus Stop, Kuhio Ave + Paoakalani Ave, is approximately 0.1 miles away. From here, you can also easily organize various Trips to different parts of the island or to other islands.

Waikiki, located on the Leeward Side of Oahu, is one of the most Vibrant and Sought-After Destinations on the island. Renowned worldwide for its Picturesque Beaches and Proximity to Prime Hiking Spots, it’s no wonder that Waikiki is a favorite among visitors.

Here are our top recommended activities that are within walking distance from the building:
-Waikiki Market: new supermarket just a 10-minute walk away.

-International Market Place: lots of shopping and also restaurants
-Duke's Marketplace: Open Air market place with many kiosk, great souvenir choices, foodies, tons of smaller and individual businesses
-Kuhio Beach: Enjoy the beach, just a 5-10 minute walk away.
-Waikiki Aquarium: Perfect for Keiki (children), a 10-15 minute walk.
-Musubi Cafe IYASUME: For bento, spam, and rice balls. The closest one is in the Pacific Monarch building, just 5-10 minutes away.

One Free Parking Stall (max 6’) included inside the building's parking garage from 2nd to 5th Floor parking. Please note that if your vehicle exceeds the height limit or is oversized, parking is not permitted. Also, ensure to park only within the boundaries of the assigned parking stall.

NOTICE:
The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Banyan will be renovating the recreation deck from April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The entire recreation deck will be inaccessible, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, playground, and barbecue grills.
Work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Noise is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

- Please remove shoes when inside the unit to keep the sand and dirt away.

- Take out trash daily because it attracts insects.

- Please turn off AC and lights when you leave the unit.

- Keep noise level to minimum especially on Quiet Hours (10pm-8am) or we will get house rule violation ranging $50-450 penalty from AOAO.

- Guests cannot use our address to receive mail/packages, establish residency, claim unemployment benefits, credit card applications, identification or any other purpose. Please choose pick-up at the local post office. No Exceptions.

- No smoking/Vape/E-Cig/Medical Marijuana in the whole building, in the unit or balcony/lanai. Do not cover or tamper the smoke detector. Violation of the No-Smoking Policy: $500 plus actual costs if anything needs to be replaced due to tar, ashes or burns.

- Luggage storage service is not provided before check-in or check-out. Please use the suggested luggage storage service instead

- No illegal activities. Please do not use the TV for Pay Per View services/Video on Demand. Do not use the internet for illegal uploading, illegal downloading, or other unlawful acts. Guests are liable and responsible for their own conduct.

- We will charge extra fees for Lost/Late return of Parking Pass and Security Key; If the unit was left excessively trashed/dirtied and damaged; Stains/Damages on the Towels, Linens, and Bedding

- If you send a booking request, that means you already acknowledge, agree, and understand all listing information and all house rules.
