The Space:

Soft daylight fills the space as you step onto your private lanai, where mountain views stretch across the horizon and gentle breezes move through the open sliding doors. Mornings begin with coffee above the city, while evenings settle into a quiet rhythm just moments from the energy of Waikiki. From this high-floor retreat, you’re close to the beach, dining, and local shops, yet comfortably removed from the crowds below.



Sleeping arrangements

This one-bedroom condo accommodates up to 4 guests with a king-size bed set behind a sliding door, offering a restful space with clothing storage and room-darkening shades. In the living area, a queen-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping flexibility. The bathroom includes bathroom essentials, a walk-in shower, and a vanity, creating a practical and comfortable setup for your stay.



Living area

The living room offers a relaxed place to unwind with a TV, comfortable seating, and views that extend toward the mountains and golf course. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable indoor climate, while natural airflow from the lanai enhances the open, airy feel of the space.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals during your stay with ease. A dining table and counter seating provide space to gather, whether you’re enjoying a quick breakfast or a quiet evening meal indoors.



Workspace & connectivity

For those needing to stay connected, the condo includes WiFi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door, offering a quiet and separate area suited for remote work or focused tasks.



Outdoor living

The private patio or balcony invites you to spend time outdoors, with seating that lets you take in the mountain backdrop. Shared BBQ grills and outdoor dining areas are available within the building, making it easy to enjoy time outside in Waikiki’s consistent climate.



Building amenities

Guests have access to an outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and shared sauna, along with a recreation deck for additional leisure space. Please note that the pool and hot tub are under renovation and are expected to reopen by May 15, 2026. Additional conveniences include free parking in the garage, elevator access, paid washer and dryer in the building, and an EV charger. Beach essentials are provided for your time by the water, and self-check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth arrival.

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 15, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.

• A welcome starter kit with coffee, toiletries, and essentials is provided to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival; please note this kit is complimentary and not replenished during your stay.

• Free parking is included (maximum vehicle height: 6 ft). Large SUVs or lifted vehicles are not recommended. The garage is best suited for compact cars and mid-size SUVs.

• A parking pass will be available after check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please remember to return both the parking pass and keys at check-out to avoid additional fees.

• Be sure to review the Amenities section to confirm that everything you need is included.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances.
