Are you ready to experience paradise? Then check out this stylish and cozy condo suite in the family-friendly Waikiki Banyan (Tower 1), located only one block away from some of the most famous waves in the entire world! This west-facing beautifully remodeled unit on the 37th floor gives you an awe-inspiring ocean view and city… and it’s a view that looks even better from your private lanai.



For your convenience and comfort, this air-conditioned unit has an open floor plan and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a countertop for up to 3 people. The bedroom has a king-size bed, while the living room area with pull-out sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, and a 40" Smart TV. To top it all off, the condo features a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.



All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities, which are located on each floor and are coin-operated. Wireless high-speed internet and parking are both free with this unit!



And as if all that wasn’t enough, the huge recreation deck on the sixth floor of the Waikiki Banyan offers a large pool, jet spa, sauna, gas BBQ, and children's playground. This unit truly has it all, and we’d love to have you come and stay with us on your next Hawai’i excursion.

THE BUILDING:

As of June 2025, the building’s long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.



HOW TO GET HERE:

From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.



STARTER SUPPLIES:

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.



HOUSEKEEPING:

Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

 

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. 



LINENS & TOWELS:

You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We’ve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you’d like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them upon request!



LAUNDRY ROOMS:

There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.



TRASH ROOM:

Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

We just returned from our fabulous stay at this property. Everything was amazing! Just as described and pictured. The location is fantastic...a short walk to the beach and all restaurants and shopping. Easy access in and out of Waikiki and only a short drive to the highway. Love that free parking is included. That was one of the big selling points for choosing this property. The pool deck is still under construction so it would have been nice to have that as an option but really didn't impact our enjoyment of the property. The only negatives I can think of are the water pressure in the shower was really low. I have thick hair and it took quite a while to rinse. But the shower was nice and hot. The TV is somewhat outdated, and we did have a bit of trouble figuring out how it works but that was more of an issue for my boyfriend. Except for the Olympics, I had no interest in turning it on. And, with the property being on the top floor, sometimes it took a while to take the elevator up and down. We even had an emergency evacuation one day and had to walk down the 37 flights of stairs. But.....the views from the balcony more than made up for that!Easy check in with access code for the door. Love that we didn't have to carry a key. Welcome bottled water and chocolates were a very nice touch. There is a coffee shop right in the building that makes great coffee. The two provided beach chairs and umbrella were great! So much better than sitting in the sand. Definitely recommend!!!

We rented this condo with an amazing view. It is very centrally located to the beach, the zoo, the aquarium, shopping, restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance even though they provide parking. The staff responds to any request immediately. I will book again in the future.

We had an amazing stay, great location, we loved the accomodation, it was perfect for what we needed and we would 100% stay again. Great communication and seamless check in and check out process. Beautiful property.

Great location and awesome space

We loved our stay here. Place was clean, comfortable and great walking distance to the beach and many other things. We had some really noisy neighbors for 3 nights in a row, but a quick call the the security area and it was taken care of. Wish they lit off fireworks in the view of this penthouse, as that is why we stayed so high up on the 4th, but again, thats not the owner's deal!

Great stay near the beach with parking!!

We had a great time in this apartment. It was clean and well equipped - the beach chairs and coolers were really handy for the short walk to the beach but even better to have in the car for day trips around the island. Parking was handy (and the fact that it was included was a major consideration in our booking) The area is very easy to get around and there are certainly lots of ABCs to stock up the kitchen if you choose to cook - though lots of restaurants around otherwise. We had a very good experience and would book again in future. Thank you!

Was wonderful location. Perfect communication with host. Fantastic view. A little disappointed with hot tub. Jets weren’t working. Not hot enough. Also need to do something about sticky sliding door. Other than that, was perfect.

Lovely experience

We booked this unit for our parents who came with us to Waikiki. They had a lovely experience at the Banyan and would recommend the unit to others. It was quiet and clean. Loved the high ceilings and decor. Fully equipped kitchen although the shower could benefit from a shower caddy. Perfect location and great views! Thank you for everything.
