The Space:
Morning light filters through sound-dampened balcony doors as trade winds drift up from Waikiki Beach, just a block away. From the 20th floor, you take in sweeping ocean view and bay view vistas while the city moves gently below. Coffee on the private lanai becomes a daily ritual, with Pacific blues stretching beyond the palms and the rhythm of Honolulu setting an easy pace.
The condo
This entire 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo at the Waikiki Banyan comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. The corner-unit layout offers added privacy and expansive views, while split AC and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable in Hawaii’s warm, consistent climate. A 55 inch HDTV with standard cable and an Ethernet connection provide easy entertainment indoors, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair supports remote work needs. Elevator access and a single level home layout with no stairs in the home add everyday convenience.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a queen bed, cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage with a closet and dresser. A pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates up to two additional guests, best suited for children or shorter stays. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for added comfort.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare meals at your own pace, whether it’s a simple breakfast before heading out or dinner enjoyed at the dining table. Coffee is provided, and the open layout keeps the living and dining areas connected and easy to gather in.

Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
• A large heated swimming pool
• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.
