The Space:

Sleeping arrangements
The space accommodates up to four guests, with a bedroom separated by a sliding panel door featuring a King-size bed and a Smart TV. In the living area, a pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, best suited for children or occasional use. Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided, along with room-darkening shades and extra pillows and blankets for added comfort.
Living space and work area
An open layout connects the lounge, dining, and workspace areas, creating a comfortable setting for both relaxation and productivity. You’ll find a 50 inch HDTV with standard cable, Ethernet connection, and fast wifi – 201 Mbps to support streaming or remote work. A dedicated workspace is set within the living area, complemented by window AC to help keep the space comfortable throughout your stay.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers a full setup for preparing meals at your own pace, paired with a dining table that seats up to four. Whether you’re starting your day before heading to the beach or winding down with a simple dinner, the space is designed for convenience and ease.

The building includes elevator access, a private entrance, EV charger - level 2, and free parking garage on premises for one vehicle. Laundry facilities are available with paid washer and paid dryer in the building. Guests also have access to shared amenities including an outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and shared sauna. Please note that the pool and hot tub are currently under renovation until May 15, 2026. A coffee shop and convenience store are located on the ground floor, and long term stays are allowed with self check-in via keypad for easy arrival.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
