„Wir haben ein schmutziges Zimmer bezogen. Nach dem wir uns an der Rezeption beschwert haben, wurde uns ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen. Das neue Zimmer war ebenfalls schmutzig. Der Abfluss unter der Dusche war mit Haaren verstopft. Das Wasser konnte nicht abfließen, somit konnte man die Dusche nicht benutzen.
