Beyond the location itself, the team are extraordinary and make you feel like family. Wonderful activities too - highly recommend the rafting and the massage. „Spacious room, beautiful property with gardens, pool, and scenic views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Yojoa. We enjoyed coffee and a tasty breakfast every morning and then spent our days exploring the nearby nature reserves, hiking to waterfalls and spending time with our family. The Honduyate staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed their assistance to get some work done to meet a deadline.“

„My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see.“

„This is the type of place you go to get away from everyday life. It is tranquil, relaxing, quiet and you get treated like family by both the owner and the other guests that seem to come back again, and again. The hot spring feeds the main pool and hot tubs which will help you relax. I will say, the location is a bit remote and if you plan on traveling to this resort, you should plan accordingly.
