„This property is as amazing in person as it is online and in print. The staff, even more so. Every staff member that we encountered made us feel special. The guest rooms are spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. The amenities are exceptional. The only thing that was not perfect is the way non-resort guests enter the property from the beach, use beach towels, the pools, and the bathroom facilities. „I'm local tourist (honduran) my family likes to visit our country. Some places, like this one, didn't treat us nicely, specially some staff from the restaurant of the hotel. We went to the pool of the Pristine Bay Hotel and the lady did not talk to us nicely. I think they need some education treating the client as well as the administrator of this villa. They need to talk to the client better and explain nicely the rules of everything.“
