Das Zimmer war abgewohnt, im Bad funktionierte die Dusche nicht und erst nach mehreren Reklamationen wurde sie repariert. Das Essen im Restaurant war lieblos zubereitet, es war teilweise vertrocknet und unglaublich schlecht. Noch nie habe ich so etwas erleben müssen. “

„Do NOT stay here. My taxi driver did not want to drive me to this hotel ad it is in the old part of Mombassa. I insisted. I did not realize this hotel had a 10 pm arrival deadline when i booked. I emailed the hotel and called them 4 times to let them know i would be arriving late. They never replied but did hang up the phone once when they answered without speaking with me. I was not able to access this hotel“
