„Stayed here for two nights while visiting Bath. Loved the room (named "Jake") with its compact space and the layout between the room and the bathroom. You just can't get places that have character like this in the States. Ate dinner both nights in the restaurant which was very good. On both nights (weeknights) the restaurant was full. The venison pie was outstanding. Opting for something more healthy my wife and I chose the porridge with local honey the first morning and repeated the same ...

„Bath ist eine schöne Stadt mit viel Geschichte. Eine Führung durch die Kathedrale z. B. ist absolut sehenswert (1 h, 8 Pfund). Allerdings ist die Stadt auch sehr gut besucht. Das B & B liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt und damit auch zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gibt es nach Wunsch und auf dem Zimmer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr angenehm gestaltet.“

„Man sollte wissen das das Zimmer über einem Restaurant/Pub ist. Dadurch gibt es abends Lärm. Daher wäre es sinnvoll dort Abends auch etwas essen oder trinken zu gehen. Zum frühen schalfen würde sich das Hotel daher eher nicht eignen. Ansonsten war alles top. Tolles Frühstück, sauber, netter Empfang und guter Service. Das das Zimmer an der Straße liegt hat uns nicht gestört. Es fahren nicht so viele Autos.“

„Das Bed & Breakfast ist wirklich luxuriös - sowohl Ausstattung als auch Komfort. Die Unterkunft ist romantisch in hellen und freundlichen Tönen ausgestattet. Die Farben sind excellent aufeinander abgestimmt und überalle Blumen arrangiert. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ohne Makel, trotz der hellen Farbe. Wir waren von der Einrichtung wirklich sehr sehr angetan und traurig, dass wir hier nur eine Nacht gebucht haben, da wir eine Reise nach Cornwall geplant haben. Das Bed & Breakfast ist einzigartig ...

„Staff friendly, breakfast super, Restaurant very good, location is as you know it from Harry Potter scenes. Lacock has a lot of old fashion houses and shops. I don't know how the System is working to decide 4****. Each 50ty years of existing they get one star? But I really can't see a difference between different hotels.“
