Great location- close to beach but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for us to work but get a break when needed. We brought our own bikes, but we didn’t need to. „Absolutely fantastic! We’ve traveled to AMI several times and this was probably our favorite property. Plenty of space with all the amenities anyone could need. The pool/yard is a relaxing oasis. The table and shady area of the pool is ideal for drinks, snacks and a bit of respite from the bright sunshine. The landscaping gives you a sense of privacy. The location is ideal, especially if you rent Craig’s golf cart for your stay. Restaurants, shops and beach access are close to the house. ...

„We love our vacations on AMI (since 2015) and this year was no different. The unit was perfect for us (3 people). A very short walk to the beach and good location to Pine and north of the island. Layout of the unit was unique but everything was provided - beach chairs, wagon, cooler, towels, etc. Beds need an update though but that is a minor point.“

„Our stay was a last minute stay for the Memorial Day weekend. Availability was sparse and this was one of the only properties that were left but we liked the decor and location. Upon arrival, we were pleased with everything and our only two complaints were that some kitchen items were missing - cookie sheet for frozen pizza - and the lack of lighting in the living room with no lamp on the end table. "Die Fotos auf der Homepage entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit. Das Zimmer ist ok, die Aussicht auf die Pool-Anlage ist nichts besonderes. Es handelt sich um einen Kunstrasen, der sehr abgenützt wirkt. Privatsphäre in den Zimmern im EG gibt es nicht. Es laufen dauernd andere Gäste vor dem Balkon durch. Auf Anfrage eines Zimmerwechsels mit Beach-View wirkt das Personal bemüht, aber nicht wirklich unterstützend. Aus meiner Sicht stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Eine Nacht hat knapp 750$ inkl Gebühren gekostet."
