Utilizing plant based, non-toxic insulation and materials to providing organic mattresses, pillows and linens, This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom (with a bonus kids en-suite with bunk beds off the primary) is a pet-friendly oasis that truly transports you to another world of luxury. In addition to the eco-friendly materials, Luum at the Shore will provide luxurious organic hand soaps, body wash, sunscreens, detergents and other personal & household products so that it will reduce the need for purchasing those items for your short stay (laundry detergents, counter spray, dishwasher tabs, etc. are included) Donation pick up will be provided for all unopened groceries and products to eliminate unnecessary waste. Location! Luum is an easy block and a half walk to the beach, with two lush beach entry pathways (no major roads to cross). The main hub of cafes and shops on the famous Pine Street is a lovely 20 minute beach walk or 5-10 minute bike ride on an extra wide sidewalk path.

o This property does not have a microwave but provides a toaster oven for quick heating of food items
o This property is SMOKE FREE both inside and outside. (fine will accrue if this boundary is violated).
