The Hi-Sea - Pet Friendly, Oceanfront Gem!

The Hi-Sea is an absolute gem on Topsail Island, with 5-foot high wainscoting and coastal blue walls throughout this nautically-inspired oceanfront home with a very magical feel. Take advantage of the beauty surrounding your Topsail Island rental home. Topsail Island is a vacationer’s paradise. Enjoy fine or casual dining restaurants. Browse the many gift shops at your leisure. Rent a bicycle for a personal tour of the island. Be adventurous and go parasailing or rent a jet ski and take in the scenery from a pelican’s point of view. Visit a surf shop for all your surfing needs or go fishing on one of the three fishing piers the island has to offer. Try a round of golf at the area's world-class golf course just down the road. It’s all within your reach.

The Hi-Sea offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Bed sizes include 2 queen beds and 2 Double beds. Linens are provided with all rentals.

Great location!

Hi-Seas is a wonderful property for a small party located right on the water. The front deck is the best and we spent most of our time outside. The bedrooms are comfortable too although none have ocean views. One concern was the cleanliness of the house, as there was a lot of dog hair on the floors and rugs that I cleaned on arrival. The house also smelled like “dogs” when we arrived and I purchased air fresheners to help with the odor.

We enjoyed the view and how close the house was to the ocean! One set of steps was wonderful and the enclosed deck with gates was great for our dogs! It was a very relaxing vacation! Thanks for sharing your house with us Craig!

We enjoyed the location as the cottage is literally right on the beach so all you see off your deck is ocean and beach. Nice family room and eating area. Bedrooms were a little tight and baths could use some updating but the view overcame any negatives.

Best oceanfront vacay EVER!!

Our family travels and vacations. ALOT. We always go for a beachfront property. This place was the closest to the ocean, without being in the actual ocean, of any we've stayed at! It's a perfect blend of private beach area (for sunrise, sunset, moonlit walks and shelling). Locals are friendly and there's plenty to do for a week Spring break with activities, shopping, local fresh seafood markets and restaurants. Also, it's a pet-friendly area. Everything about the house itself is solid (construction and furnishings) and the views and sounds of the ocean are WOW. JUST. WOW. AMAZING!! It's a cozy well-stocked layout with enough room to gather but spread out still. We will be back!

A perfect stay

First, the location is fabulous. It is literally steps from the water. The sound of the ocean fills the house with sounds of vacation. Every window has shutters that open, and two sliding glass doors, one in kitchen and other by dining table that open to the deck facing the ocean. The water pressure is wonderful for showers. Covered parking for two under the house and room enough for 2-4 extra parking in the driveway. Mounted roku TV in every room with every available app to watch your favorite movies and shows. We were there during the cold season and the heat for the house is in good condition for coffee on the deck in the mornings. The house decor was nicely themed for the perfect beach vaca no matter the season. Enjoy your stay, we certainly did.

Perfect location, reasonable accommodations

We selected this property due to being dog friendly and beachfront with a reasonable rate. Cleaning service could definitely stand some improvement, particularly given dog guests, and more than just superficial cleaning. There were other minor issues (dining chair broken, exhaust fan in bath not working, dust bunnies under the beds, lots of sand sitting under area rugs, knives need sharpened) but nothing too serious to not give an average review.
