„This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. “

„This property was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn’t cook a whole lot. It was located close to lots of places to eat and shop. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space after a few days of too much togetherness haha. The beach was just a few steps away and the outdoor shower with hot water was a godsend with kids. Definitely would stay there again. “

„This is an AMAZING home! I cannot recommend it enough. The location is great with so many places to walk to for meals and souvenir shopping and ice cream! The bedrooms are all very nice and the beds are so soft! The property was very clean when we arrived with all bed sheets and towels provided. And the balconies have an awesome view of the ocean. „The very first time I have stayed at a home in Topsail where I did not encounter any palmettos....so happy! The home was very clean and organized. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and just enjoy the ocean. It was a nice 10 minute walk to the coffee shop in the morning, and my favorite local restaurants. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone that prioritizes cleanliness above all. Also, all communication was prompt and helpful. “

„I am 66 years old and this was my most enjoyable stay at a beach EVER. From the responsiveness and thoughtfulness of the host (he deserves 6 stars!) to the location (pretty much a private beach) with the ocean right at our doorstep, practically. Ocean views from 3 bedrooms close enough to hear crashing waves! „The check in was super easy. It is a nice house in a great location. There were a few things different from any stays I've had before: food in the fridge and cupboards, a full dish of pet food in the middle of the kitchen floor, empty beer can in the sink, the upstairs was blocked off but the lights were on and a window was open (which was odd to come back to at night), no binder with info inclucing wifi password, if we needed to strip beds, etc. One bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean ...

„This was one of our best beach stays yet! The house was simple and EVERYTHING we needed! WELL STOCKED with all kitchen supplies needed and storage containers for use while on property.
