Guest Access
Guests check in with a smart lock keypad — enter your code and the door opens for your stay. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Your stay includes access to the home and to the Tall Timbers resort amenities described above.

POST-BOOKING REQUIREMENT
Following confirmation of your reservation, guests are required to either submit a refundable security deposit or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. Instructions and deadlines will be sent shortly after booking. Reservations are not considered fully complete until this step is fulfilled.

Other Things to Note
* Bear Den has a wooded mountain view and does not have a private dock, shoreline, or direct water access. The nearest public water access is State Park Marina, listed under Location above.
* A separate boat parking spot is available at the cabin, in addition to two parking spaces on the left side of the home.
* There is one step up to the front door, and the home is not wheelchair accessible. A main-level king bedroom and a main-level walk-in shower are available.
* No pets. No smoking. Minimum booking age is 24.
*Window blinds are operated by the buttons on the attached wand. Please use the buttons to raise and lower them rather than pulling the blinds by hand.
