Purpose-built for family vacations, Mini Pointe checks all the boxes: it’s dog-friendly, accessible for everyone in the family and outfitted in 2 king-size beds + 2 queens (and a daybed with a trundle).
NOTE: This home has 3 additional bedrooms and 3 baths on the lower level, which are not included in this listing and will be unoccupied and locked off during your stay. If you would like to add the 3 beds/baths to your reservation, please see our listing for the entire Pineapple Pointe.
Plus, it has all the “lake life” must-haves, from the private hot tub and lake views, to the sprawling decks and neighborhood indoor/outdoor pools.
And the location puts you within a half-hour of nearly everything you’d want to do in Branson.
Mini Pointe’s interior design is colorful and fun, with a vibrant painted mural in the game room (makes a great Insta background!), pop art on the walls, fuzzy blankets and pillows, and games galore—including a pool table and a retro arcade in the game room.
We take the important stuff seriously: the kitchen is modern, sleek and well-equipped for making family feasts. And the bedrooms are ultra-comfy, with king-size beds, flat-screen TVs with streaming, and an en-suite bath for all bedrooms.
The Great Room adjoins the kitchen and open dining area, so the whole crew can be together, even when everyone’s doing their own thing.
Grandma and Grandpa can read in front of the gas fireplace while the kids play a board game at the dining table.
And you can throw in a batch of cookies for everyone, with a little help from the KitchenAid mixer!
The plush sofa in the Great Room even becomes a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests… or an extra-cozy movie night.
The upper and lower level decks are your haven for relaxing with lake views, grilling dinner on the gas BBQ, soaking in the hot tub, and uncorking one last bottle from Missouri wine country to sip under the string lights.

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
Up a sending road from a public boat lunch and sweet cove to play in and no more than 35 minutes from practically anywhere else you want to go in the Branson area, this vacation home is the perfect base to chill out at during your vacation.
Our community of Rocky Shores is 2.5 miles off Hwy. 265, giving you easy access to the traffic relief routes to move about the Branson area easily.

The outdoor pool is open late May to mid September, weather permitting, and it's awesome! Splash pad, lounge area, and the swimming area.

ADDITIONAL INFO
- $35 per night per dog plus taxes. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval only. Dogs are not guaranteed to be approved. Please ask first.
- Local tax and cleaning are additional
- Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.
- Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID
- We will perform a Guest ID verification securely through our payment processor after you book. The main purpose is to make sure no one has stolen your credit card and used it without your permission.
The Guest ID verification is a two factor authorization that asks you for your phone number and birth date, then it will text you a code to enter.
If the verification fails, we’ll cancel the reservation and void the transaction.
