Hotel Review: Great Room, Lacking Service
The hotel is conveniently located across from the airport, making it a great option for travelers. Check-in was smooth, and the room was well-equipped with slippers, free bottled water, a coffee and tea maker, quality bedding, and a well-stocked bathroom. A small bag of gummy bears as a VIP amenity was a thoughtful touch.
However, despite requesting a room near the elevator, I was assigned the last one in the hallway, making it inconvenient to drag luggage over the carpet. The biggest letdown was the service. While luggage storage was available, I had to go back up and collect my bags myself, as staff wouldn’t send them down. In a four-star hotel, this lack of basic assistance felt disappointing.
As someone with experience in customer service, the staff’s indifferent attitude stood out more than the policy itself. If you need no help, you’ll be fine, but don’t expect warm hospitality.
