„Place was clean and cozy. Big yard for games and a fire pit for s’mores. Based on previous review I brought pots/pans but didn’t need them. Everything was available. Stove is gas and I was not familiar with using one so that was the only “challenge”We had a ball and the place was perfect for us!!“

„The rental left a bit to be desired. The interior was nice and comfortable and clean. The exterior was not as expected. There was no dock in the water as advertised, the paddle boat was filled with water and dirty, the outdoor furniture was not cleaned and had dead bugs all over it. I communicated the week prior to arrival asking about life jackets to use the boats and was told they should be there but it would be confirmed. I kept following up but no confirmation. „Our visit to Old Orchard Beach was excellent. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had three people in our group, and the house had more than enough room for us. The housing community is small and the houses are close to each other, but the neighborhood is quiet. What really stood out was the owner communication.
