„Positives: The 3 apartments are newly decorated so they are clean, fresh and stylish. Great position, quiet spot but quickly into town. Negatives: As a whole house, the appearance is only let down by the office like industrial stairs and the layout of the ground floor flat, requiring access to the courtyard rear via a bedroom.A huge disappointment was the 2 hosts turning up at the property during our stay to sort bins, something in the porch and requesting access to wash their hands. „Channel Cottage was the perfect getaway for my wife and I. The location is incredible and there is plenty to do within walking distance for the whole trip which meant we didn’t have to drive anywhere. The location made it so easy with the dogs and there were so many great little touches (dog shower outside for after the beach, spare dog bits). „We enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay in this unique, out of the way setting. The hut was really cosy and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and well-equipped. A perfect base from which to explore the North Norfolk coastline. Would highly recommend.“
