„The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away. My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.“

„What an absolute gem of a place! There's nothing like a fantastic breakfast to start the day and oh boy did we get it here . Also I had the fish and chips one evening and it has to be said it ranks along side the best I have ever eaten....Attentive staff who clearly know what they are doing . We have never stayed in Wells before but we will definitely stay here again when we return.“
