âWhat an absolute gem of a place!
There's nothing like a fantastic breakfast to start the day and oh boy did we get it here .
Also I had the fish and chips one evening and it has to be said it ranks along side the best I have ever eaten....Attentive staff who clearly know what they are doing . We have never stayed in Wells before but we will definitely stay here again when we return.â

âThe property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away.
My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.â

âA truly exceptional find this little gem of a pub hotel in a beautiful location in Norfolk.
Stayed in a cabin and it was lovely, clean and well presented, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom well appointed.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were very good we had the full breakfast which was excellent, the evening meal was delicious, the pies are out of this world.
Canât fault this pub and canât recommend it enough.
Will definitely stay there again. â

âThe cottage was clean and comfortable. the stairs were a bit difficult to manage. but managed we did. the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. places to eat were not far away, lovely place to stay thankyou â
