Beautiful Plumbago Villa - walk to everything!

Plumbago Villa is a beautiful villa on the west coast of Barbados in one of the best locations in Holetown. We are situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood at the end of a cul-de-sac next to a park yet only a few minutes stroll through the park to the beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants, shopping and members only Sunset Crest Beach Club.

In the spring of 2021 we purchased Plumbago Villa from a family who had owned the property for over 30 years. In the fall of 2021, we completed a full renovation to the main house including brand new kitchen and bathrooms, all new plumbing and electrical, tongue and groove wood ceilings, pot lights, draperies, new side patio roof and deck and all new stucco walls inside and out. We added a wifi mesh system which gives you excellent wifi throughout the entire property. As well, we did upgrades to both studio apartments. All 4 bedrooms have new mattresses and new 680 thread count luxurious linens. We installed safes in the master bedroom and both studio apartments for your valuables.

We also continue to make improvements to the property on an ongoing basis - updating windows and doors, resurfacing the pool, adding security features, regular painting and linen upgrades - all to maintain everything to a high level that our guests, and ourselves, expect.

The property includes a single story main house with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms (one is ensuite) and a separate two story guest house with two large self contained studio apartments, one on each floor. The property is ideal for families, extended families or friends who enjoy having their own space. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Note that the upstairs studio can be set up as 2 single beds or one king bed.

Our wonderful staff (manager/housekeeper, gardener, and pool caretaker) will provide you with outstanding service and property maintenance on a weekly basis. Andrea our manager/housekeeper is always available should you have any questions or concerns.

All guests will have access to the beautiful members only Sunset Crest Beach Club. This property is right on the beach and has a large pool, lounge chairs, washroom and shower facilities and lockers (bring your own lock) located just a few minutes walk from the villa.

Please note that our villa is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and most of our neighbours live there year round. Respect for our neighbours is imperative and loud raucous behavior (loud music, partying, additional guests beyond your immediate group) is not permitted at the villa.

As per VRBO disclosure policy, we have a Google Nest video door bell on the outside of the front gate that records activity on the street. It is the only video camera on the premises.
