„The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. „5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. „The property was clean, roomy and comfortable. The only negatives where that the Roku's batteries were dead so we could not use the TV and the creamers were all bad so I had to drink black coffee but otherwise I would recommend this place. “

„The location was amazing! We were 9 people with 4 kids ages 4-14 and two grandparents. The beach and its amenities (kayaks, canoes, fire pits, sand toys) made our stay well worth it and had something for all ages to enjoy. Kyle was available at a moments notice to provide anything we needed. “

„This is a perfect spot for a little beach vacation. The beach was large enough to accommodate everyone, but small enough to feel cute and intimate. "Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit großem bequemen Bett und ein neues, schönes Bad mit großer Dusche und Ablagemöglichkeiten am Waschbecken. Auch waren Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Koffer vorhanden. Parken vor dem Hotel und Frühstück in der Lobby mit Porridge etc war ok. Personal war teilweise brummelig."
