Cozy Cabin by the Lake

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy overlooking the beautiful lake from the porch or sitting around a fire with the family. The lake has excellent fishing and is great for swimming or boating!
The space
The cabin is situated across the road from Brewer Lake. There is no direct water access from the property, but there are views of the lake from the front of the building and lake access across the road. The cabin is a small one-story with loft access. The location is relatively remote with the closest town being Brewer approximately 15 minutes away, but still close enough to have food delivered. The cabin is surrounded by woods on 3 sides, as such insects and wildlife are unavoidable.
Guest access
Acess includes the cabin, loft, deck, and surrounding yard. There are two available lake access points: one is across the street which is more a boat launch, but you are able to swim there, the other is approximately 1/4 mile away to the right when exiting the driveway. Both areas are marked with “Private Beach” signs.

Please note that the access points to the lake are next to private property. Please do not enter areas marked Private Property or No Trespassing. There are no docks, beach chairs, floats, life jackets, kayaks, boats, or other watercraft or beach amenities included. These items are private property.

Does not include access to basement or neighbors property/beachfronts.
