The staff were friendly and helpful, the property and surroundings were quiet, it was nice that the property was sitting next to a very clean river. The hotel offers free transport from Kagoshima airport which made it possible for us to get there. Thank you to all the staff work there to make our stay so pleasent.“

„Hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer am Eck mit wunderbaren Blick auf den Vulkan. Leider hatte ich etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Sonst ein sehr gute Gegend mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die zu Fuß erreichbar sind oder auch für Abends einige Bars in der Nähe. Egal ob Hafen, Aquarium oder Museen eigentlich könnte man alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel selber wirkte sehr neu. Die Zimmer sehr sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Kann dieses Hotel nur jeden empfehlen “
