„Traditional Japanese Ryokan. Staff has been very welcoming and kind to our kids and us. Food has been a positive traditional experience. Special meals for our kids has been provided without asking. The outdoor onsen and sauna area has been great. Free shuttle transfer to the nearest stations including luggage support. The room itself is a bit dated but we enjoyed our overnight stay. “
„Wonderful place to stay - room was beautiful, service impeccable, and I would like to thank the staff helping us for making our stay nothing but the best. “
