„Lovely place and lovey people“

„A wonderful and tranquil place to stay. The hosts were wonderful and very communicative. We are so grateful for their care of us and their attention to detail. The road does go into a metal farm road, drive carefully and be rewarded by the sounds of nature and the running of a beautiful stream nearby.“

„Comfortable bed, good shower. Wonderful location, close to beach and wharf. Great cafe just across the road.“

„Schöne Unterkunft“

„We really enjoyed our 2 nights here. With 2 adults and 2 young children it was very snug, but the amount of space was good as a base for our adventures around the Hokianga. Although the staff was very nice, we cannot recommend the resort.“

But what‘s really problematic are all the dogs running arround freely and they don’t hesitate to even come into your room if you let the door open. Besides that, they are not accompanied by anybody and do their „toilet“ on the beach and the grass in front of the accomodation. That’s not really inviting. So yeah, the location is great, ...
