„It seems to be new construction. Very well kept house with beautiful murals in the Lilly Pulitzer theme. The whole house is very colorful. Nice big screen tv in the living room which is open to the kitchen/dining area. There is a door that walks out to a nice sitting area in back with fenced yard. Our two week stay was ver quiet and relaxing. They have everything you need for the stay and the host checks in to see if you need anything, we did not. „The patio area was very nice clean. There was no railing to get into the pool so you could not use the pool and it wasn’t heater… no amenities at all, not even soap or shampoo in the shower.. they left a coffee pot, but no cups .. no microwave .. even Motels give you a microwave.. “

„David was a great host and the property was neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that sharing the common areas with other residents in the home was a little awkward at times. “

Had trouble getting in so I hit I need help, but then we figured it out although no one ever followed up with me to make sure everything was OK. „Bobby is a great host very accommodating and quick to respond. The house was exactly what we had hoped for fully stocked with essentials and very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Also, the home is very well decorated and has a really nice backyard and Florida room for relaxing. Close to beaches for convenience, but you may want to bring beach towels, as there are only 2 at the house. Beach chairs, boogie board, skim board, beach umbrella and sand toys made the beach so much more fun ...

„Es fehlten Stühle beim Essplatz.Keine Sonnenliegen am Pool.Poolschutz vor Mücken ist defekt.Schiebetür zum Pool ist sehr schwergängig.Kein Tisch für Drinks oder Snacks an der Sofaecke.Das kleine Doppelbett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung.Aber das Haus war sonst perfekt für uns.“
