„Helpful and careful host who also prepares breakfast and Real cappuccino. Spotlessly clean rooms and bathroom. At the very centre of it all. Couple of minutes walk from several good restaurants. You might wish to stop and unload heavy luggage at the door even though the carpark is just a stone throw’s away. Will revisit when in town.“

„You really should stay here. The location is amazing right in the heart of town and amazing food and drinks next door. The operator was so kind. He jumped in my car to help me find parking (tough in these small Sicilian towns), bought my pizza later that night (without telling me) when he saw me at the restaurant next door, and then let me have an extended check out and refused to let me pay him back for the pizza. Stay here. It’s lovely. “

He welcomed us during siesta time, entertained our numerous questions and found us both a driver to take us to dinner (Roberto) and a guide who spoke English on short notice for the Casale di Armerina. He encouraged us to go to the church a short walk away. It opens early for 2 hours only. It was 1 of the highlights of the trip. Thank you,,Davide! He provided a great breakfast and helped at every turn. We stumbled through our Italian and his English with humor. ...
