„It may be titled "humble beginnings," but the host treats you like a VIP guest and goes the extra mile to make you feel special! The house is lovely and has everything you could ask for in a rental. I made a note in my original email that we were staying for my birthday weekend, and Elle left us the cutest basket with all sort of goodies to make my weekend special! Would highly recommend!“

„I was looking for a peaceful retreat and found it here. Cute cozy cottage with all the necessities and modern upgrades and a nice view of the lake. Jason was great at answering questions and making recommendations for the area to visit. Definitely enjoyed my stay. Oh and watch out for Big Foot. “

„My husband and I were exploring a number of birding hotspots in the quiet corner and decided to try the treehouse. We woke to the dawn bird chorus (without any ambient road noise). Just dreamy!“

„I contacted the property one week before check-in (I had a couple questions) and was told that the vrbo never notified strawberry Park that we made a reservation. After numerous phone calls the office did get me set up with my reservation. The VRBO listing States check-in is from 4:00 to 9:00 we arrived at 5:30 on a Wednesday and the office was closed. An employee helped direct us however the camper we were put in was not the one listed at all and was much older and rundown but it seemed clean ...

„The property has character. It is charming, clean, and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to get to Walmart and Big Y for some snacks and toiletries and to Mohegan Sun for dinner. It was stocked with the necessities and has plenty of space for everyone. We all had a great time. The host was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. We would stay there again.“

„Perfect location to see everything we planned in Rhode Island and Connecticut. Communication with Kelly was great, a slight issue with check in, but handled better than we would have expected. The snacks were great to have for our daily roadtrips, nice touch. Did not get a chance to use the spa or clubhouse, so busy enjoying the great outdoors. Would stay agin if ever in the area.“

„This was a great stay at a truly special place. 40th HS reunion and the lake house was our home base. Incredible pretty and quiet with everything in the house to enjoy the lake and the area. Everyone who stayed or stopped by said they'd stay there again in a second.“

„Hosted a bachelorette trip at this property and it was fantastic. The kayaks and paddle boards provided plenty to do along with a firepit to sit around at night. The house was cozy with plenty of space to sleep 5. Had a great time! “

„Peaceful and beautiful. It was amazing waking up to a perfect and secluded view of the lake. Private yet just a quick drive to shopping. There was a great variety of amenities. You could literally bring clothes, do a small grocery shop for food and have everything you need for a stay. I will definitely consider this house again for a relaxing time away!“

„First of all, exactly how pictured and even better in person. So much care and love was put into making this place amazing and enjoyable. My daughter and I had a blast checking out all cabinets, drawers, wall experiences and floor boards. Secondly, basic supplies are provided (ie sugar, coffee filters, S&P, etc) with the stay. What a difference that makes not having to bring or purchase a bunch of supplies for a short period. There are also paths around the property with a map you can follow ...
