According to them, they are not on the hotels.com platform. Probably a nice place, but very frustrating to experience the above after a long travel. So - hotels.com - improve your service or lose customers!“

The phones listed were disconnected or not answered. Texts were ignored The property refused to refund the payment made upfront. If you offer a service and get paid for it, yet don’t provide it that’s considered fraud/scam. „The bed was very hard, I had to take cold showers because the water wouldn’t get hot. I was told by the staff not to wear my jewelry because I might get robbed “

„Beautiful place the staff were helpful and the food was delicious“
