„Property and location were great. Tons of places to eat and grab a drink if that’s what you’re into. Close enough to wrigley to walk. Tremendouse value! Only issue was check in. I was instantly booked but then asked a bunch of verification questions and questions about my guest and our trip. Felt like these should have been asked up front. They were also being asked by a property manager so communication was a little tricky. Need to be more transparent about that. “

„This is a great place to stay. It’s a well maintained spacious place and a perfect place for your Chicago neighborhood adventures, especially in Andersonville. It’s within walking distance to Clark and everything in between. The host was available right away when we had a question. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay again if I need to be in the area. “

„Check in was pretty easy, 3 codes total to get into the apt but after a few days we had the codes memorized and it wasn't overwhelming anymore.Room was a bit crammed for 2 adults and a dog but we made it work for our 5 day stay. I would recommend that hosts have (2) luggage holders instead of (1). The bed was very comfortable and pillows were so soft!Apt was in a great location and neighborhood. We loved the area so much we may book there again if we visit Chicago again.You do either have to pay ...

„If you get an opportunity to rent this space, please do!! The dwelling is exactly as the pictures shows. It was clean, cute, comfortable & stocked with all of the necessities. Our host was very accommodating and available at anytime (I called at midnight & he was prompt with response) The neighborhood is cozy and safe. My only tip is if you can, check in early as the parking is limited. “

„We were initially lacking the code for the entry door, but it was handled very quickly, professionally and securely. The apartment is an excellent choice for a single person or a couple. It's a lovely space. Two possible improvements, a mattress pad. I like a firm bed, but others may not. Room darkening shades as the room never got dark. “

„Great location - clean, easy to get to, pleasant neighborhood with lots of things within walking distance. I stayed here because I wanted to stay away from downtown this trip and explore a different area of Chicago - especially the shore of Lake Michigan, art pieces on the shore, and the Lincoln Park Zoo. This location was perfect for that!The host was easy to communicate with and the checkin process was easy to follow. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!“

„Great experience overall. Check-in was easy and the unit was very well kept. Very happy that we were so close to so much public transportation. It is a little noisy for those who aren’t used to hearing the L train nearby. Parking is hard to find, but there is paid parking nearby and easy to access public transit. If you plan on parking your car for the full time you’re there.“

„It was nice apartment. Entry directions were clear and easy to follow. It would help to say that the outside address is above the doir and not complete and the inside apartment number is above the door, not on the door and it sticks a bit. I appreciated facial tissues being provided.“

"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, um fußläufig die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Wir sind vom Flughafen mit der Bahn in die Stadt gefahren. Hatten dann ohne umsteigen zu müssen ca 7 Min zu Fuß bis zum Hotel. Wir waren ca 1 Stunde vor dem offiziellen Check-In dort und durften trotzdem schon unser Zimmer beziehen. Wir haben ein größeres Zimmer bekommen, was wir sehr gut fanden, da wir dann Platz mit unseren Koffern hatten. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ins citizenM."

"Great room size for four people, the bathroom had a good size too and everything worked well. There were teo fridges in the room, one for the minibar and one for self-use, which was practical. Room service was quick, efficient and good. The only thing not up to standard was the gym. The equipment in the weight room was old. The pool is spectacular, because it is preserved from the past, but also there it needed bits of refurbishment. Great hotel for family stays, with a Starbucks on the ground floor and right in the center of the city."
