„In my view, this is the most underrated Four Seasons property. Beautiful spaces and facilities, and, best is amazing responsive staff. I've stayed here multiple times, and it somehow keeps getting better. If you're on the East Coast, this is a great weekend getaway. In the summer, the pool vibe is full on-resort, and in the non-summer months, the Spa has a similar feel, with a host of amenities (in their Water Experience). I had a (too) short, but remarkable stay. “

„I had a water leak in the bathroom it was cared for it greatly, special thanks to Antonio (i hope i got the name right) I was slightly freaking out, out of fear and he was very patient, calming me down and helping me to get to another room. The Rooms as well everything else was very clean and the harbor is just beautiful, i would come back every time again.“

„The location of this hotel is ideal for the Fell Point neighborhood. Staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful. We did valet and service was prompt and professional when moving our car. The building is old, sounds travel through the hotel. This is not terrible but guests should expect given the age and design of the floors/rooms. „The hotel was in a very accessible part of downtown Baltimore right near the inner harbor. The room had a surprising number of amenities and was perfect for a short or longer stay with a fully stocked kitchen and cooking facilities. Complimentary breakfast had lots of tasty options every morning and even had iced coffee which was a pleasant surprise.“

„Love the location! The hotel is central to the many neighborhoods in the city. It’s about a 15 min walk to the train station, about a 30 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff were great and were able to accommodate us checking in early. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, there’s a bar, serve breakfast, and a speakeasy! Overall, a great experience at the hotel!“

„There was no coffee in the room or in the lobby. Luckily there is a Starbucks and Dunkin’ close. The coffee they sell in the lobby isn’t open until 7am. Had to walk to get coffee both mornings of my stay. There should be coffee available in the lobby every morning and early. Never came by the room to empty trash or clean had to request fresh towels and trash taken out. The area is beautiful and far enough away from the crowded inner harbor but only 2 miles. “

„Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere der junge Mann vom Parkservice hat mir sehr gut geholfen. Das Frühstück war guter Standart. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber gereinigt. Der Fitnessraum war gut ausgestattet. Hier müsste nur der Multifunktionsturm umgestellt werden, damit man beim Klimmzug nach oben mit dem Kopf nicht an der Decke anstößt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auf jeden Fall in Ordnung. “
