„We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The food was exquisite, with a great variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our son especially enjoyed the waterpark, lazy river, and swim-out pool. These amenities made our family vacation even more special and gave him so many happy memories! A special shout-out to the staff at Caribe Gift Shop, who went above and beyond to help us ...

„A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great“

„Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber“
