Stairs going to the 2nd floor which makes this place spacious for 11 adult. Complete with amenities. Kitchen with induction heating stove for your cooking experience. Washing machine with dryer function. Separate toilet and bath. TV in the living room. Toiletries are provided. All you need for a comfortable stay.

My apartment is located on the 1st floor

Bedroom 1 : 2x Queen size bed ( sleeps 4 adult)

1x Double Sofa bed ( sleeps 2 adult)

3x single futon ( sleeps 3 adult)



Note : Futons and Sofa bed are self-service



Living Room : 1x Double Sofabed ( sleeps 2 adult)



Note : In Japan living room is consider as bedroom



Total : 11adult can sleep comfortably



Kitchen area with basic electrical appliances such as :

Fridge, Cook stove, Toaster & Microwave. With full cooking tools.

A large dinning table provides a comfortable meal during your vacation.



Living room with TV for your entertainment.

Air conditioner with heating function during winter

Hot water



Guest Access:

You are able to access entire unit of my apartment so you do not need to worry to share with any other guests



House comes with:

+ Gas stove, cooking tools, washing detergent, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner

+ coffee/ tea/ sugar



All the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, futon mat, these are real Japanese style, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.



In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need.

Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay

Few minutes walk to Mazda Stadium

Surrounded with convenience stores and restaurants



Getting Around:

10 minutes walk from Hiroshima Station

25 minute to Peace Park via Street Car

The limousine bus from Hiroshima Airport to Hiroshima Station takes about 45 minutes.

広島駅からお部屋までは徒歩10分圏内

Other Things to Note:

Check in time is 3PM and Check out time is 11AM. Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest.

No smoking inside the house.

Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed .
