„Property listing was accurate and the place was very clean. We didn't realize we'd be quite so far from the Japer hike but needed a pet free place. It wasn't luxurious but was well kept. Upstairs was definitely hot during July without AC, but downstairs was quite cool. Overall we enjoyed the house.“

„A little tricky accessing the website that had all of the details/check-in, check-out information, especially when wi-fi was sketchy. Once we found it, it was great, just as pictured. Site said some queen beds but all were kings. Looks like they are in process of continuing some updates so will be even better once they finish. No extra garbage bags, owner said someone would drop them off, then said no worries they would take care of garbage. Remote location, great yard! Need a car to get any ...

„A general comment would be that the property could use some maintenance, especially the outside. Hot tub breaker kept flipping off so water was only warm when we arrived and we had to keep turning it back on, some deck planks are loose and a hazard, general appearance is rundown and hot tub was dirty.
