He was very helpful with any questions we had and the check in process was very easy due to his great communication! We were supposed to be snowmobiling but Mother Nature didn’t allow that so he was extremely helpful in helping us with other ideas and things to do in the area. Two things to be aware of: -Its enormously BUGGY. It's on Wilderness Road so not surprising but bring lots of big spray and a a fogger. -The bed in the guest bedroom is not that uncomfortable but it squeaks like nothing I've heard before. Very much enjoyed the gas fireplace as a touch of warmth during 2 days when the weather was rainy, cool, and windy.
