„Bei der Buchung wurde ein Twin-Bed Room mit Extra-Bett für die 3. Person gewünscht/angegeben und mitgebucht. Beides sowie Handtücher und Wasserflaschen für zwei Personen fehlten!! es war jeweils nur für 1 Person vorhanden. Für das Zusatzbett musste man mehrfach bei der Rezeption und House-Keeping anrufen bis es eine halbe Std. nach Betreten des Raumes gebracht wurde!!
