Stylish & Updated 2 BD, 2BA Oceanside condo in Hilton Head Resort! Resort has private beach access to the most beautiful beach! Resort amenities include: 2 outdoor pools, indoor year round heated pool, hot tub, gym, 6 lighted tennis courts and our private picturesque boardwalk to the beach. Close to Whole foods, Starbucks, Krogers supermarket and Shelter Cove marina, restaurants & shops. Next door to the famous Robert Trent golf course in Palmetto Dunes. Perfect for families, girls or golf trip!

The space
Our Beach Villa is fully furnished. Updated and stylish, you will enjoy our light and bright Villa with all the conveniences of home. We are on the first floor which is one floor up from ground floor. Elevator located just down the hall and we are close to a convenient stairwell as well.

-Master bedroom has new furniture with a comfy king size pillow top bed, dresser, flat screen TV, closet and an updated master bath.
-2nd bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV with closet. Hall bathroom updated too.

-Full kitchen with all essentials-pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glasses etc to prepare meals. Dishwasher, oven and full sized refrigerator. Drip, Keurig & espresso coffee maker, toaster, blender & crockpot included.

-Pull out Sofa bed. Fits 2 kids easily. 6 guests maximum.
-New flat screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Cable TV and free WiFi included.
-Enjoy the natural wildlife during your walk across the boardwalk or hop on the resort shuttle to get to the most beautiful beach!
- Please bring your own beach towels!
-We supply fresh sheets and bath towels, with a starter kit of toilet paper, roll of paper towels, soap and dishwashing soap.

- Beach locker available for use, that includes use of beach wagon, chairs, and beach toys for the family!

-Two Night minimum stay in season.

-No animals or pets allowed. No exceptions.

-Check-ins are 24/7 service. Our front security gate is always manned so if you arrive very late-no worries!

ABOUT HILTON HEAD RESORT
Guests have access to all the amenities which include:

-2 Outdoor pools, one with a bar/grill for light fare and cocktails and mini convenience store. Bathrooms are by the main pool & indoor amenties.

-Indoor heated pool for those rainy days, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, and indoor running track and bathrooms/showers. Indoor amenities are opened year round.

- lighted tennis courts and two pickle ball courts.

-Sun deck available to those that want to enjoy the sunshine without being on the beach, along with a badminton court.

-The resort has its own private boardwalk to our beach, and Coco's bar and grill is located right on the beach to get drinks or meals while you’re on the beach, and a volley ball area. Bathrooms are also at Coco’s right on the beach. Coco's is seasonal from March-November.

-Bring your Bikes or rent them right at the resort.

-Pool bar/grill and Coco’s beach bar and grill are opened from March-October.

-Grills and picnic tables are available to use nearby in our picnic area.
Guest access
Guests have access to all 4 buildings and all amenities of the resort. All pools, tennis courts, picnic areas, Coco’s on the beach, are included! Our guests can enjoy everything!
Other things to note
-Instant Booking requirements-complete identification on Airbnb which includes picture, government ID and phone number.
-Guests must by 21 or older to rent the villa.
-Resort Rules- There is absolutely no pets allowed at this Resort.
-6 Guest maximum
-No Smoking inside or on the patio!
-Trailers, boats, commercial vehicles, etc., are not permitted to be parked on the property overnight.
-Beach towels not included.
-2 vehicle maximum.

Things we supply: we provide clean sheets, towels, a starter supply of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, bath soap, and dishwashing soap. We have Krogers supermarket a mile away if you need to buy additional items.
