The Space:

Step out the door and you're a short, easy 6 minute walk from the sand — no long drives, no hunting for parking. Come back to a villa built for togetherness and privacy: an open living area with soaring ceilings, and light pouring in from every angle.



The kitchen is fully equipped and flows right into the dining and living space — ideal for a big family dinner or drinks after a beach day. When it's time to relax, the first-floor primary suite means no stairs: a king bed, and walk-in shower, and a quiet corner all its own (a favorite for grandparents or anyone who'd rather skip the climb).



Upstairs, every bedroom has its own private en-suite bath — so couples traveling together, siblings, or friends each get their own retreat. With 3.5 baths total, nobody's ever waiting in line.



The real showstopper is the screened porch over the 11-mile lagoon — morning coffee with the herons, an evening glass of wine as the Lowcountry light fades. It's the spot guests remember.

Getting Around:

Getting around Hilton Head Island is easy from this centrally located villa. The beach is just a short walk away, and many of Palmetto Dunes' amenities—including golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, restaurants, and bike paths—are accessible on foot or by bicycle.

Hilton Head is known for its extensive network of paved leisure trails, making biking one of the best ways to explore the island. Bike rentals are available nearby and can often be delivered directly to the villa.

For destinations farther away, such as Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina, Coligny Plaza, Sea Pines, or other island attractions, a short drive is the most convenient option. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the island.

Parking is available for registered guests at the villa, making it easy to come and go during your stay.

• Parking on-site for registered guests; a Palmetto Dunes gate pass is required — we include the first pass with the villa but additional passes can be purchased for $35/pass.
