LIVING AREA

The welcoming living area features a neutral color palette with pops of color and charming beach decor. Kick back on the comfy sofa or two recliners and watch favorite shows on the 50' cable TV, which features many channels.

The enclosed sunroom is furnished with a cushioned wicker love seat and two armchairs -- a great spot to linger over morning coffee.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up brunch in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. Helpful extras include ample cookware, a coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

This well-appointed unit sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms.

Sleep soundly in the elegant master bedroom, furnished with a plush king bed and 32' cable TV. Newly remodeled, the en-suite master bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Rest easy in the second bedroom, outfitted with two comfy twin beds and a 32' cable TV. The adjacent guest bathroom (also remodeled) provides another tub/shower combination.

not relaxing

we had been there 5 days when they called to say would it be ok to replace washer and dryer unit. we said sure how bad could that be. wrong ..it was not a working unit, came the next two days taking it apart then putting it back together. he was there till after 5pm on friday night. still not working they came back on monday. stated would have to get a new unit. so no washer and dryer and no communication from management. when i called about using another unit to wash and dry clothes she told me i could go to a laundromat. then i was told i could go to another building to do laundry, checked it out no thanks. when searching for a place to stay i found cheaper units but they didnt have a washer and dryer. our stay was 16 days and only 5 with a washer and dryer. when we left the following monday still no working unit and no communication with property managment.

Cute off the beaten path place

Very clean cute and comfortable condo with a view of the tennis courts. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, appliances, dishes, cups, silverware, and cooking utensils. Everything you need if you want to cook a few nights while on vacation. The property is well-kept and clean with a short walk to the water. I did see a few cats but none of them ever came up to us they all stayed away. The dryer was broken during our stay but both a property manager and owner were very quick to respond and find a resolution. We definitely would stay in this condo again.

Best beach around!

We liked our quiet location very much and feel that the private beach was the best on the island, especially at low tide! So much calmer and more comfortable than more tourist-driven beach areas. Condo was exceptionally clean, however a few small things like a slow drain in the master bath and a few stains on the (clean) bedspreads, fleece blanket in the closet had a couple of holes in it. That being said, we were VERY a comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you for a great accommodation!

Was a great place to stay. The cats are not bad but abundance. Only bad thing was we came back from the beach and a maintenance man was there and our 13 year old was there with no announcement of them coming. Overall loved our trip!

It’s okay.

The is NO “deck/patio” as clearly listed. The hot tub jets did not work. The “solar heated” indoor pool was no heated. The outdoor pools were fine. There was no vrbo response to multiple questions sent during the stay. The beach access was just accords the parking lot but had a lot of barnacles that were not visible during high tide so a few people (not with my family) were cut during our stay. Tons of stray cats. No ventilation in either restroom. The main bedroom tv volume was stuck super high and there were no remotes to adjust it 😂. It was just a lot of small things that added up. If I had known all of this I wouldn’t have booked this unit. I’m only hoping to let someone know the listing wasn’t totally accurate and the tenants were no help.

Updated and comfortable

Our stay was very nice and the unit was updated. It would have been perfect if the dishes and silverware were updated as well. The cookware was aluminum but we didn't cook much so I wasn't concerned. The Spa is located on the sound but it was a short drive to the ocean. All in all, a good stay

Relaxing Stay

We had a nice time visiting property and Hilton Head. Loved the access to the quiet beach and sitting on swing and watching sunrise. Property was still close to other things to keep our teens busy. Kitchen had everything needed to cook. Relaxing stay.

Cute beach apartment

We had a great time staying here. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Had all the amenities we needed. All updated decor. Quiet neighborhood. Not too far from the beach. But, not as close as the description made it seem. The neighborhood was in a good location. A quick drive to anywhere on the island. Our only complaints were the floor was dirty. Maybe didn't get mopped? Our feet were black if we walked around without shoes on. And the person directly above us was really loud. We could hear them stomp around and close their sliding door a lot, at all hours of the night.

Clean condo and quiet area

The condo was clean and the complex was quiet. The inside of the condo itself was nice with good furnishings; however, the complex itself is dated and worn. Overall, our experience was fine and we felt safe. We wished there was a place to sit outside at the condo to enjoy our morning coffee (which reminds me ... be sure to pack coffee mugs, as the condo only had tiny tea cups). The beach itself was good. It wasn’t crowded and was very peaceful. We did see an alligator in one of the small ponds as you are walking to the water, so please be watchful!! The condo is probably 15-20 minutes away from restaurants and entertainment.

Great property, nicely renovated... need new cleaners

The condo is great, on the ground floor, everything looked new and well maintained... Kudos to the owner... unfortunately after initial impression of the cleanliness looked ok. We started finding the cleaners only did a superficial job. There was crumbs under the beds, sheets that looked like it wasn’t changed with stains on the bedding, and after 1/2 hr, white socks were dark gray from dirt... management company was very responsive and had cleaners out the next day.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed the condo and having separate bedrooms for me and my teenage son was awesome. The pool was nice and it was great that we found some beach chairs in the closet, needed since Covid and all the pool furniture was locker up. Short walk to the ocean, which was great for sunsets and short drive to Publix and Walmart to get some perishables. Overall, our stay was uneventful and the condo provided us a nice place to relax after the beach or pool. If I were to complain about anything, it would be the horrific amount of feral cats on the property.
